The Museum’s Wellness Day series invites the community to restore and recharge through yoga, sound baths, tai chi, author talks, and other enriching experiences designed to nurture mind, body, and spirit. These programs thoughtfully complement the Haggin’s Self-Guided Wellness Tours, which encourage visitors to explore the Museum’s art and history collections through the lens of personal reflection and emotional awareness. Together, these offerings transform the Haggin into a place of healing and a welcoming “third place” where individuals can slow down, connect, and cultivate overall well-being.
Take a pause and reset during Wellness Day with a calming meditation and sound bath led by Relax Meditation Lab and facilitator Andi Bee. This guided experience invites participants to slow down, release stress, and restore balance through mindful meditation and soothing sound. No prior experience is necessary, just come as you are and enjoy a moment of deep relaxation.
