Beat the heat and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the American West! The Reynolds Gallery invites you to explore Tony Foster: Watercolour Diaries from the Green River, a stunning summer exhibition featuring 16 large-scale watercolor works by acclaimed British artist Tony Foster.
Each piece was painted on-site during Foster’s journey along the Green River, winding through Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah. His vivid, detailed landscapes are paired with fascinating “souvenirs” — from red desert soil and fossil fish to handmade trinkets — adding depth and storytelling to the visual experience. A short documentary film accompanies the exhibit.
Special Reception: Wednesday, July 24 | 6:00–8:00 PM
Meet the team from The Foster Museum (Palo Alto), which generously loaned the exhibition, during a public reception featuring a casual art talk, refreshments, and cool drinks.
